Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability.
• A 60% deposit is required to confirm every booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed after the deposit has been received.
• Appointments outside the city must be booked at least 3 days in advance.

2. Deposit Policy

• The deposit secures your appointment date and time.
• The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the service is completed.
• Deposits are non-refundable except where SPA_FADES cancels the appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Clients who wish to cancel their appointment should notify us as early as possible.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made by the client.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients may choose a full refund of their deposit or reschedule their appointment.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• Clients are expected to be available at the agreed appointment time.
• If a client is late, service time may be reduced or the appointment may be rescheduled depending on availability.
• Excessive lateness may result in cancellation of the appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited.

5. Travel Charges

• As a mobile barber service, travel fees may apply depending on your location and transportation costs.
• Any applicable travel charge will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment for the service.
• Clients are expected to keep to their scheduled appointment time.
• Any health condition or scalp issue that may affect the service should be disclosed before the appointment.

7. Payments

• We accept approved payment methods communicated during booking.
• Full payment must be completed immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.

8. Refusal of Service

SPA_FADES Mobile Pro Barber reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where there is abusive behaviour, unsafe working conditions, or any circumstance that puts the barber at risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
